Eligibility

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. For refund requests, please contact us at contact@atar.is. Refunds requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

AI features and accuracy

The Service may include automated marking or Artificial Intelligence (AI) assisted features. These features are provided for educational support and may not be error-free. You remain responsible for your own work and study decisions.

Intellectual property

The Service, including all content, materials, and software, is owned by ATARIS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Suspension and termination

Liability
